Skip Artificial Sweeteners
Artificial sweeteners are extremely deceptive. Most people who use Splenda, Sweet N’ Low, and other popular artificial sweeteners believing that they are doing something good for their bodies. They couldn’t be more wrong. Artificial sweeteners have been linked to serious health conditions and can cause you to gain more weight. Our bodies are not equipped to handle man-made sweeteners and will turn them into toxic, cancer-causing substances such as formaldehyde and formic acid.
Ditch Diet Food & Shakes
If your goal is to lose weight it is best to avoid anything labeled “diet” or “sugar-free.” Most diet foods and drinks contain harmful artificial sweeteners and sugars, which stunt weight loss. A diet shake can be an excellent replacement for a meal, but it must contain the right, healthy ingredients. Avoid diet shakes or drinks that have isolated proteins or glutamate. These substances are unnatural ingredients that may cause significant health problems.
